Please Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase.
Orders placed before our daily processing cut-off may be dispatched the same business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your package throughout its journey.

Customs & Import Fees
In most cases, our customers do not pay import duties or customs fees.
However, customs regulations vary by country. If any additional fees are required by your local customs authority, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
Most orders are delivered by your local postal service or one of our trusted shipping partners.
If no one is available to receive your package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt another delivery according to their local policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

- Asking household members or neighbors
