Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that a small payment processing fee may be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue may be required.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Please do not return your item without contacting our support team first, as we will provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.
If a return is approved for another eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
No restocking fees are charged.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take time to appear.
- Contact your bank for additional processing information.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
